Hikurangi is getting a bus service!

It will run every Thursday starting November 5th. 

Cost is $3 per person each way, children under 5 free.  Cash only in correct change.  

Main bus stop is outside Miners Rest in the main township.

Did You Know?

Did you know that if you would prefer to spend your time in town at the other end of the city, you can ask the driver as you board the bus to please drop you off at the isite bus stop at the Town Basin?  Let him know at the same time if you are also wishing to be picked up from there.  NRC are looking at making this stop a permanent change on the route, so if you support the extra stop at the town basin, please let us know i n the feedback forms below.
